Our commitment to customers during COVID-19
As with many businesses, we are actively monitoring the situation with regards to the outbreak of Covid-19 coronavirus.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests and staff is our priority and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare.
We have instigated our COVID-19 protocols, rooted in advice from the HSE and also interrogating our customer journey to identify potential areas of risk at each point.
What we are doing
Frequent, additional cleaning and sanitising procedures are already underway in line with HSE best practice guidelines.
We have carried out a risk assessment on each of our activities and have prepared an action list for each area. This includes wiping equipment with sanitising wipes as well as providing hand gel for customers prior to using equipment.
Harnesses and helmets will be used on a rotation basis, so once a harness and helmet is used by a visitor it will be decommissioned for 24 hours.
All staff are briefed on action lists and will include Covid 19 precautions in their briefing talks.
It is our shared responsibility to mitigate risks of infection and impact on our community, so we need your help too..
What we need you to do:
Wash your hands properly and often
If you have been to an area with confirmed COVID-19 please do not partake in activities.
If you are experiencing symptoms including cough, shortness of breath, breathing difficulties and a high temperature please do not partake in activities.
Stay at home if you are sick to help stop the spread of whatever infection you may have.
The situation with COVID-19 is evolving quickly and we will keep the situation under review, taking whatever actions recommended by the HSE and Government. In the meantime, we look forward to welcoming you and working in partnership with you to mitigate risk.
*The advice from the HSE has not changed, so our business is operating as normal and standard terms and conditions on bookings continue to apply.
